Editor's Note: Phil Schneider used to work for the government and was involved in the construction of Deep Underground Military Bases (DUMB bases). In talks given in 1995, he said that there were 129 active deep military bases in America and two more under construction, He confirmed (at that ime) that there existed a minimum of two underground bases in each state. Phil also mentioned that there were more than 1,450 DUMB bases worldwide. In 2001, Stewart Swerdlow reported in his Los Angeles talk that there were 133 active DUMB bases in America. Phil also revealed that 62 of those 129 DUMB bases were being used as housing facilities for various alien groups that the governemnt had made treaties and agreements with. The rest were being used by humans (military & civilians) for biological, chemical, and mind control development. Phil mentioned in his last lecture in Seattle, Washington (Sep 24, 1995) that he was publishing a book that would expose these government secrets and identify the location of every underground base in America, as he felt the American public were entitled to know what theor government was doing with their money and keeping secret from them. When Phil was found murdered in Oregon in early January, 1996, all of his records, alien artifacts, journals, book manuscript, etc. were missing.

Many beautiful places in India either have a history or a twist of mystery behind them. Here is a compilation of top 10 most mysterious places in India.

10. Himalyan Mysteries (Immortal Beings, Yetis, Yogis, Ghosts, Red Snow)

The number of mysteries surrounding Himalayas is as big as the might range itself. There are accounts of immortal beings residing in Himalayas. Yeti, the abominable snowman is said to inhabit the Himalayas of Tibet and Nepal. Many mountain climbers have witnessed mysteriousred snowfall with red spots sprinkled over the ice. There are stories of mysterious meditating yogis in ashrams tucked well into the treacherous terrains of Himalayas. Thousands of people have died on these terrains in their efforts to surmount summits. No wonder Indian army personnels have reported strange ghost sightings of dead climbers and soldiers here.

9. Kuldhara — Rajasthan (Ghost Town)

The village of Kuldhara is a ghost village that has been abandoned since 1800s. It is said to carry a curse of the villagers who migrated to other places. Kuldhara lies about 15 Km west of Jaisalmer in western Rajasthan. The village now lies in ruins. The village was established in 1291 by the Paliwal Brahmins, who were a very prosperous clan and were known for their business acumen and agricultural knowledge. But one night in 1825 all the people in Kuldhara and nearby 83 villages vanished in dark. According to folklore, Salim Singh, the minister of the state, once visiting this village fell for the beautiful daughter of chieftain (Paliwal Brahmin) and wanted to marry her. The minister threatened the villagers that if they did not marry the girl to him, he would levy huge taxes. The chief of the village with those of other 83 adjoining villages decided to abandon and migrate elsewhere as against marrying the girl to Salim Singh. Nobody saw them leave nor did anyone figure where they went, they simply vanished.

8. Kottayam, Idduki — Kerala (Red Rain)

The southern districts of Kottayam and Idukki of Kerala witnessed an unusual phenomenon on July 25 to September 23, 2001 when the rain was unusually red tinged. Colored rainfall in Kerala had been reported as early as 1986 and on several instances since then, the most recent of which was in June of 2012. In 2006, red rain in Kerala gained widespread media attention when scientists from Mahatma Gandhi University proposed that the colored particles were extraterrestrial cells. Under electron microscope the solid pigment separated from water resembled biological cells. Initially, official reports indicated that the red pigment was dispersed by an exploding meteor, but later, following more thorough evaluation, cells resembled spores of lichen-forming algae belonging to the genus Trentepohlia. On further investigation, it was discovered that these areas had abundance of such type of algae in trees, rocks and even lamp posts.

7. Bengal Swamps — West Bengal (Aleya Ghost Lights)

Aleya lights or marsh ghost lights are unexplained ghost lights reported in the marshes of West Bengal typically by local fishermen. These lights are said to confuse fishermen causing them to lose their bearing. It may lead to drowning if one starts following these lights moving over the marshes. Many bodies have washed ashore on these swamps that locals attribute to Aleya lights. Local believes these strange hovering marsh-lights are in fact ghost-lights representing the ghosts of fisherman who died fishing. Sometimes they confuse the fishermen while sometimes they help them avoid future dangers.

6. Banni Grasslands Reserve — Rann of Kutch (Chir Batti)

Banni Grasslands Reserve lies on the southern edge of the salt flats of Rann of Kutch in Gujarat. This is a seasonal marshy grassland that forms each year from monsoon rains. During night there have been frequent reports of an unexplained strange dancing light that locals refer to as Chir Batti. These lights are said to be as bright as mercury lamps that change in color from blue, red, yellow and resemble a pear shaped moving ball. They can move as fast as an arrow, but may also come to a standstill. According to local folklore Chir Batti has been a part of life in Banni Grasslands and has been witnessed for centuries. Some witnesses claim the light sometimes appears to follow them. Apart from locals, foreigners visiting the reserve and Border Security Force personnel too have reported seeing these lights. Scientists believe these lights are caused by oxidation of methane expelled from the marshes.

5. Unexplained Sounds in Ganga and Brahmaputra Delta (Mistpouffers, Barisal Guns)

Mistpouffers or Barisal Guns are unexplained sounds that resemble a sonic boom that have been reported in many waterfront communities worldwide. In India especially, they have been heard in the delta regions of Ganga and Brahmaputra. While they resemble the sonic boom of a supersonic jet, what's even mysterious is the fact that they have been reported from times before any aeroplanes were invented. T.D. LaTouche, a British officer wrote about them in his journal in the 1890s. He wrote, "…reports of Barisal guns occurring with the earthquake shocks, but they also are said to occur without, and to have been frequent before the big earthquake. A host of plausible explanations may now exist for these enigmas, including earthquakes, rock bursts, mud volcanoes, explosive venting of gas, storm-driven waves, tsunamis, meteors, distant thunder and so-called booming sands." These unexplained sounds are still reported and continue to puzzle experts.

4) Kongka La Pass — Aksai Chin, Ladakh (Indo-Chinese UFO Base)

Kongka La pass in the Himalayas is in the disputed Indo-Chinese border of Aksai Chin. The Chinese held part is known as Aksai Chin and the part under Indian occupation is Ladakh. This is one of the least accessed areas in the world and by agreement both countries do not patrol this border. Locals on both sides of the border believe there is an underground UFO base in this region with the knowledge of both countries. Locals have seen UFOs coming out of the ground. Tourists have witnessed strange triangular lighted silent crafts rising from the ground and moving vertically up. Local guides say this is not something new and it is a very common sight in Kongka La pass. Tourists are denied entry to this area in spite of permits to travel between the two countries. This theory is given credence by the fact that in June of 2006, satellite imagery on Google Earth revealed a 1:500 scale detailed terrain model of the area in question on the Chinese side of the border. This model was surrounded by buildings resembling a military facility. Aksai Chin is a region where Eurasian and Indian plates have created convergent plate boundaries where one plate dives under the other and thus it is one of the few areas in the world where the depth of crust is twice as much as in the other places.

3. Roopkund Lake — Uttarrakhand (Skeleton Lake)

Roopkund Lake is a glacial lake located at about 5000 meters in the Himalayan ranges of Uttarakhand. In 1942, a forest guard stumbled upon hundreds of human skeletons on the banks of Roopkund. Over the years a number of expeditions by Indian and European scientists were attempted to resolve the mystery of their death. There were several theories suggested to explain these well preserved bones and skulls. One theory suggested them of being the remains of Japanese soldiers from World War II. Some theorized them of being General Zorawar Singh of Kashmir and his men, while others proposed them to be Mohammad Tughlak's unsuccessful attempts to capture Garhwal Himalaya. Carbon dating of the corpses puts them between 12^thand 15^th century. The fact that intrigued the investigators was that there was no historical account of trade route to Tibet in this area. One well-established theory speculates them to be the entourage of king Jasdhawal of Kanauj. They are believed to have been on their pilgrimage to the Nanda-Devi Mountain and were caught in a terrible hailstorm with no shelter in the open mountains in which every single one of them perished.

2. Kodinhi — Kerala (Village of Twins)

The village of Kodinhi situated about 35 km south of Calicut is home to about 2000 families. The village has a Muslim majority and is known for its very high rate of twin births. As of 2009 thevillage boasted of 220 sets of twins (440 individuals) and two sets of triplets officially. A local doctor though believes this number to be higher in the range of 300 to 350 pairs. He says this phenomenon began three generations ago and the numbers have been increasing exponentially with each passing year. Another fact that bucks the trend is that even women from Kodinhi who are married off to faraway places have exceptionally high rates of twin births. The fact that a large percentage of these twins are under the age of 20, the potential for mischief is enormous, the most common being that they often swap classes in school.

1. Jatinga — Assam (Mass Bird Suicides)

The village of Jatinga in the Dima Hasao district of Assam has a population of around 2500. The village is world famous for its phenomenon of bird suicides. Most of the migratory birds visiting the area never leave the village and just drop to their death on the streets. The case gets even inscrutable in the sense that these birds plummet to their death precisely between 06:00 p.m. to 09:30 p.m. on the moonless nights of September and October. These mass suicides only occur on a specific 1 mile by 600 feet strip of land and this phenomenon is said to have occurred year after year without a break for more than a century. Many theories have been offered by scientists to explain this phenomenon, the most popular one being that these birds are attracted towards village lights that confuse them. Another theory that makes more sense is the presence of excessive magnetic field in the area that disorients them. Though more theories continue to arise, no one has yet been able to prove the exact explanation behind this phenomenon.

Churchill and Hitler's Execution

Sir Winston Churchill, Britain's wartime Prime Minister, planned to execute Adolf Hitler in the electric chair if the Nazi leader fell into Allied hands.

Declassified documents reveal that Churchill was opposed to Allied plans for war crimes trials and wanted summarily to execute leading Nazi figures including Hitler who he regarded as "the mainspring of evil" and a "gangster", and was also content to see Indian independence leader Mahatma Gandhi starve to death during a hunger strike in 1943.

They also show that he was willing, against the advice of his Cabinet colleagues, to "wipe out" defenceless German villages in retaliation for Nazi atrocities in Czechoslovakia.

Churchill's choice of the electric chair was despite the fact that it was never used in Britain before the final abolition of the death penalty in 1965. source.

Operation Northwoods

According to secret and long-hidden documents, the Joint Chiefs of Staff drew up and approved plans for what may be the most corrupt plan ever created by the U.S. government – a fake terrorist attack on citizens.

Code named Operation Northwoods, the plan, which had the written approval of the Chairman and every member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, called for innocent people to be shot on American streets; for boats carrying refugees fleeing Cuba to be sunk on the high seas; for a wave of violent terrorism to be launched in Washington, D.C., Miami, and elsewhere. People would be framed for bombings they did not commit; planes would be hijacked. Using phony evidence, all of it would be blamed on Castro, thus giving Lemnitzer and his cabal the excuse, as well as the public and international backing, they needed to launch their war.

One idea seriously considered involved the launch of John Glenn, the first American to orbit the earth. On February 20, 1962, Glenn was to lift off from Cape Canaveral, Florida, on his historic journey. The flight was to carry the banner of America's virtues of truth, freedom, and democracy into orbit high over the planet. But Lemnitzer and his Chiefs had a different idea. They proposed to Lansdale that, should the rocket explode and kill Glenn, "the objective is to provide irrevocable proof that the fault lies with the Communists et al Cuba. Operation Gladio

US documents declassified in the 1970′s show that General Giovanni de Lorenzo, the chief of Sifar (Italian Military Intelligence), joined the US in the 1950′s in preparing a plan against a Communist takeover, but did not inform his own government. According to a document released by Mr Andreotti the CIA and Sifar sketched a plan in November 1956, codenamed Gladio, to form a force of 1000 men capable of guerilla warfare and espionage. A training base was set-up in Sardinia and 139 weapons and ammunition dumps were hidden in Northern Italy.

Gladio was controlled by NATO's Clandestine Planning Committee; attached to Supreme Headquarters of the Allied Powers in Europe. It was appropriate that the documentaries should be made by the BBC, since Britain's MI6 and SAS were key movers and trainers, along with the CIA, in the Gladio operation.

In 1990 the Italian secret army was exposed by Italian Prime Minister Giulio Andreotti to the Italian Senate, whereupon the press spoke of "The best kept, and most damaging, political-military secret since World War II".

"On the morning of August 2, 1980, a massive bomb exploded in the waiting room of the central train station in Bologna, killing 81 people and injuring 200 others. General Santorito, the chief of Italy's military intelligence agency, SISMI testified in the wake of the bombing that it had been planned by the British-Swiss-American 'Montecarlo Comite' based in Monaco."

My Lai Massacre

The My Lai Massacre was the mass murder of 347 to 504 unarmed citizens of the Republic of Vietnam (South Vietnam). They were almost entirely civilians, the majority of them women and children. The massacre was conducted by U.S. Army forces on March 16, 1968. Before being killed some of the victims were raped and sexually molested, beaten, tortured, or maimed. Some of the dead bodies were also mutilated.

Six months later, Tom Glen, a 21-year-old soldier of the 11th Light Infantry Brigade, wrote a letter to General Creighton Abrams, the new overall commander of U.S. forces in Vietnam, accusing the Americal Division (and other entire units of the U.S. military) of routine and pervasive brutality against Vietnamese civilians. The letter was detailed and its contents echoed complaints received from other soldiers.

Colin Powell, then a 31-year-old Army Major, was charged with investigating the letter, which did not specifically reference My Lai (Glen had limited knowledge of the events there). In his report Powell wrote: "In direct refutation of this portrayal is the fact that relations between American soldiers and the Vietnamese people are excellent." Powell's handling of the assignment was later characterized by some observers as "whitewashing" the atrocities of My Lai. In May 2004, Powell, then United States Secretary of State, told CNN's Larry King, "I mean, I was in a unit that was responsible for My Lai. I got there after My Lai happened. So, in war, these sorts of horrible things happen every now and again, but they are still to be deplored." further info from the BBC in 1988.

Beginning in mid July 2003, according to federal court records, Bush administration officials, including Richard Armitage, Karl Rove, and Lewis Libby, discussed with various reporters the employment of a then-classified, covert, CIA officer, Valerie E. Wilson (also known as Valerie Plame).

On September 16, 2003, the CIA sent a letter to the US Department of Justice asserting that Plame's status as a CIA undercover operative was classified information and requested a federal investigation. Attorney General John Ashcroft referred the matter to the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Special Counsel, directed by Patrick Fitzgerald, who convened a grand jury. The "CIA leak" grand jury investigation did not result in the indictment or conviction of anyone for any crime in connection with the leak itself. However, I. Lewis Libby, Chief of Staff of Vice President Dick Cheney was indicted on five counts of obstruction of justice, perjury, and false statements to the grand jury and federal investigators on October 28, 2005; Libby resigned hours after the indictment.

Operation Paperclip

Convinced that German scientists could help America's postwar efforts, President Harry Truman agreed in September 1946 to authorize "Project Paperclip," a program to bring selected German scientists to work on America's behalf during the "Cold War".

The highest proflie of these scientist was Wernher Von Braun the man who masterminded the Moon shots, and a member of numerous Nazi organisations, he also held rank in the SS. His initial intelligence file described him as "a security risk". The US operation saw von Braun and more than 700 others spirited out of Germany from under the noses of the US's allies. Interesting side piece: do some snooping and find out what and who links Werner von Braun and L. Ron Hubbard.

The Dunblane killer Thomas Hamilton might have been stripped of his firearms licence had prosecutors heeded police reports about his worrying behaviour towards children, according to secret files.

These include claims that police were tipped off that Hamilton was armed and en route to Dunblane Primary School, that he was a Freemason and received favours from Masons in the police allowing him to avoid prosecution, and that he was part of a paedophile ring that included members of the security forces. Lord Cullen on completing the public inquiry into the murders of 16 children and their teacher, ordered the documents in the case sealed for an extraordinary 100 years. Even the major media in Scotland thought this smelled funny. What was being hidden?

The report banned under the 100-year rule was com piled by Paul Hughes, then a detective sergeant with Central Scotland police, and concerns Thomas Hamilton's activities at a summer camp in Loch Lomond in 1991, five years before the shootings. Selected extracts published during the Cullen inquiry revealed that it recommended Hamilton should be prosecuted for his activities at the summer camp and that he should have his gun licence revoked. The report, however, was ignored.
In October 2004, former conservative party chairman Lord Tebbit added his voice to the growing outrage at this decision, and in October 2005 half of the files were opened. Press reports suggested that the papers showed Hamilton be a paranoid obsessive, much given to writing letters of complaint to all and sundry; a paedophile ring has not been found.

U.S.S Liberty

On June the 8th 1967, during the six day war, Israel deliberately attacked the intelligence collection ship USS Liberty, in full awareness it was a U.S. Navy ship, and did its best to sink it and leave no survivors. The attack killed 34 U.S. servicemen and wounded at least 173.
Scores of intelligence analysts and senior officials have known this for years. That virtually all of them have kept a 40-year frightened silence is testament to the widespread fear of touching this live wire. According to NSA documents – classified top secret – some senior officials in Washington wanted above all, to protect Israel from embarrassment.

The Lost Bomb

Classified documents obtained by a group of former workers at Thule, an Arctic air and radar base built by the United States in 1951-52, suggest that one of four hydrogen bombs on a B-52 bomber that crashed there in 1968 was never found, the daily Jyllands-Posten said "Detective work by a group of former Thule workers indicates that an unexploded nuclear bomb probably still lies on the seabed off Thule", the mass-circulation daily said.

The crash, on January 21, 1968 led to a crisis in relations between the United States and NATO ally Denmark, which is responsible for Greenland's foreign, security and defense policy and at the time prohibited nuclear weapons on its territory, including Greenland. Denmark was never informed about the lost bomb, which has serial number 78252, the paper said.

A U.S. state department document dated August 31, 1968 said all weapons onboard the crashed aircraft had been accounted for but did not spell out whether they had been recovered. The United States assured the Danish government in spring 1968 that clean-up work after the B-52 crash had been completed and gave up searching for the lost bomb in August that year.

Home to a ballistic missile early-warning radar station, Thule sits at the midpoint of a chain of similar sites between Alaska and the British Isles — a line along which the United States may build a shield against missiles from what it calls states of concern such as North Korea, Iraq, Iran and Libya.

The Templars and the Vatican

In October 2007 the vatican published secret documents about the trial of the Knights Templar, including a parchment – long ignored because of a vague catalog entry in 1628 – showing that Pope Clement V initially absolved the medieval order of heresy. The Vatican work reproduces the entire documentation of the papal hearings convened after King Philip IV of France arrested and tortured Templar leaders in 1307 on charges of heresy and immorality.

According to the Vatican archives website, the parchment shows that Clement initially absolved the Templar leaders of heresy, though he did find them guilty of immorality, and that he planned to reform the order. However, pressured by King Philip (who threatened schism), Clement later reversed his decision and suppressed the order in 1312. Jacques de Molay, grand master of the Templars, was burned at the stake in 1314 along with his aides.

The New Mexico area has basically four underground system out.

One goes to the Four Corners area and then to Groom Lake (Area 51).
One goes north toward Delta, CO and Colorado Springs.
The Taos facilities goes north approximately along Interstate 25 and eventually ties in NORAD.
The southern bases connect to Texas and Mexico.

The Los Alamos facility dates at least back to 1940. One can only imagine what has been built with 1/2 century of labor on this underground system. Visitors to the deeper levels report humans kept in glass cylinders, plus many other strange things. I have had the opportunity to debrief some people who have been in the lower reaches of some of these facilities. There are special badges, special uniforms, tube elevators etc. which for lack of time I will not describe. .

In Utah, the Kennecott Copper Company has been connected to the Illuminati and the KKK. These connections have been exposed in other writings by this author. Kennecott's mine (reported to be owned by the World Bank) in the Salt Lake City area is serviced by Union Pacific, which is reported connected to the Mormon Church. The mine is receiving a heavy volume of big trucks after 11 p.m., for instance, in a normal night over 6 dozen large trucks with 2 trailors each rolling into the mine. In other words, it appears that the heavy train & tractor trailor activity indicates something besides mining.
